Before the Lands Commission, D. Meagher gave evidence to the effect unwarrantable use had Urn made oI his name in the report that he received £125 in fees io coiiikc'ion with a case Willis had ill hand. Ho declared he did not receive the money, nor did he sign, or authorise anyone to sign, a receipt.
