Dr Gibb's Transgressions.
He is Unrepentant (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 4. Tire Rev. Dr. Gibb referred from the pulpit last evening to the breach of privilege committed by him in writing letters to Messrs, Rutherford and Witty, M.H'.R.'s, on their attitude on the Biblc-in-Schools |jucstion. He said it had come to a pretty pass when in this supposed free community a man may not speak out his convictions about Parliament ami its members without hindrance. It was time (or the promoters of the great crusade for the restoration of the Bible to public schools to spcaJc straight out, and to insist that promises made to them should be kept. Under similar circumstances he would again do exactly what he did. 6
