(Per Press Asskxlation.) NAPIEK, Sept. 4. At the Supreme Court to-day, the Orand Jury threw out the bill against John McCusker, charged with indecent assault upon a child. Ilewi Tuwera, a native, was found guilty of perjury, and was remanded until to-morrow for sentence. IXVERCARGILL, Sept. 4. Edward Marrah, who was tried the second time to-day for alleged carnal knowledge of a girl of 11J years, was acquitted.
