Wandering Chinese in Africa.
Whites Illoved to km. CAPETOWN, Aug. 31. A Deputation from tbc Het Votk called Lord Selborne's (High Commissioner) attention to the danger ftnd uneasiness caused by wandering Chinese. Lord Sel-borne replied that the vast majority of the Chinese were orderly, tut granted permits lo all whites neat Witwatersrand lo possess arms, except magazine rifles.
