Suicide.
Worrying Oyer a Trifle,
(Per Press Association.) UHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 31. A man named Frederick Crosbie was found this morning with his head nearly severed from his body, in a a hous« at Richmond, where he was boarding. At the inquest, the evidence of a fellow-boauler was to the effect thatdeceased bought a section from him and started to build, but when half way through the work, he found lie could not finance it. This preyed on his mind, and he continually spoke of it. On Sunday deceased accepted the offer of witness to purchase his interest m the property, which involved a loss to deceased of £5. He appeared relieved, but worried because he thought witness was a loser by the transaction.
A verdict Was returned that deceased committed suicide by cutting hj s throat with a razor.
