Action oi the Kertcli Manieipality St. PETERSBURG, Aug. 3n. The Kertch municipality has withdrawn its police subvention, and demanded a Senatorial investigation into the anti-Jewish disturbances. They commended the commandant of the port. Captain Sobietzky, alone, among the officials, displaying energy and humanity in preventing wholesale massacres'
A resolution was also adopted in favour of compensating the Jewish sufferers, and censuring the authorities for their, inaction.
