DrNEDIN, Aug. 26. The half-caste Stott, arrested on Suspicion of fjeijig concerned in tha murder of Ham Sing Tong at Tapanui, w'as brought before the Court today and remanded. He was brought into Dunedin for safe keep—\ I in,*?- Stott lias resided in the distriot for four yeans working as <i • .Carpenter and at various otS.l jobs. He is believed to have been at ono time a black tracker. Late this afternoon a youth of 19 or 17 years of age, supposed to ba ir. some way connected with the crime, was arrested, and it js believ-, od further arrests wilt follow.
