Tie War in the East.
(Received Aug. 25, 0.23 a.m.) LONDON, July 25. The Japanese transport Kinjmanru with troops from the front, collided with the British steamer Baralong in the inland sea, and sank in three minutes, 127 troops being drowned. The Baralong has arrived at Kobe.
