Defendant denies that sho had soldi spirits toi witness, iwho brought liquor from town, and used it to excess.
it was proved that from June 1 10.7. gallons of liquor had been supplied to defendant, 10 gallons beipg whisky. This, the defendant stated, was not sold, but given to friends. Michael MciAuliffe, her husband, was also charged, hut the case, as against him, wus dismissed, he having teen absent from tho house except on Sundays.
