During the fifteenth' week oi the New Zealand egg-laying competition, 2524 eggs wet'? lft'id, Ttip grand ag■gvegate was Increased to 20,123, and the weekly avefagc per pen to 25} pggs, A record was established by the Black Orpingtons of Mr K. Traherne, of Oliristchurch, which returned 38 for the week. The Silver Wyandottes of Mr H. Hawke, Greytown, and White Leghorns of Mr E. Brown, Ohris-tehurch, laid 37 each.
