Twelve Killed and Sixty Injured. (Received Aug. 19, 0.10 a.m.) NEW YORK, Aug. 18. An excursion train, Hearing Norfolk, was precipitated from a drawbridge into the. Elizabeth River. Twelve persons were killed and sixty injured, Many are missing, mostly negroes.-
