Re A. Catehpole, A meeting of creditors in thebankrupt estate .of A. Calchpole. of Tikorumri, was held at the office of th« Deputy Official Assignee. New Plymouth, on Thursday morning. The D.0.A.. Mr J. S. S.' Medley, presided, and eight creditors put in an appearance. The unsecured creditors were owed £152 17s 7d, the principal amounts being : 11. It wan decided, on the 'motion of Mr Klenner, seconded by Mr Elliot, that the homes be sold by public auction at Inglewood, the yearlings at Waittira, and ithe, sundries by tender. The meeting then closed.
