The British fleet, en route for the Baltic Sea, was welcomed at Ymuiden, Holland Queen Wilhelmina invited Admiral Wilson and his officers, members of the British Legation, Dutch Minister, and a number of Dutch naval officers to dinner at Het Loo. BERLIN, Aug. 17. The North German Gazette says the British fleet's forthcoming visit has aroused almost a general wish among Germans to view this Interesting spectacle. The Minister for Works has therefore decided to run special excursion trains at reduced fares. '
