TWO RUSSIA! ATTACKS REPULSED. (Received Aug. 17, 9.11 p.m.) • LONDON, Aug. 17. It is officially statu! in Tokio that early on Monday, 11th inst., a battalion of Russian infantry and two sotnias of cavalry, with eight fle'dpieces and six quick-firers, attacked Eishihltpu, north of Changhi, and were immediately repulsed, losing 35 men. ■■ The Japanese had one casualty. •Simultaneously the Russians attacked % point eight miles north-west of Changhi, and were again repulsed, leaving ten killed and wounded.
