THE MAYOR OF ODESSA EXILED. RIGA FACTORIES WRECKED. PROTECTION FOR RITISH SUBJECTS (Received Aug. 11, 11.55 p.m.) St. PETERSBURG Aug. 11. The newly-elected Mayor of Odessa, Professor Yaroschenko, a Liberal, has been exiled to Olbncte, Northern.Russia.
