TEACHERS' SUPERANNUATION.
(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Au s . 9. The Chairman of tire Education Board, at to-day's meeting, proposed that the Mucational Institute he asked to Rive an expression of opinion as to the new Superannuation Hill. Mr Luke said he was not impressed with it, because it embodied several anomalies, and the small sum Government was to pay was out of proportion to the amount contributed by teachers. The motion was agreed to. Mr McKinzic moved, "That the Government be asked whet'her it is in a position to supply seasoned timber from the State sawmill for school buildings." The motion was carried.
