The Passport Frauds.
LONDON, Aug. 4. Messrs Bailsford and McColloctf Were fined £IOO in connection with their action in securing a passport lor a Russian revolutionist. (Both men are in good positions. On their behalf it was urged that they did not know that the passport was to he used by a dangerous * person. That, however, proved to bo the case, cbe result being that a hotel in St. Petersburg was wrecked, by, s bomb, the man who used the passport being lolled).
