The War Stores Commission.
Ctrl lejefs Rjpadlitioi. (Received Aug. 6, 4.10 p.m.) LONDON. Aug. 5. Trie War Stores Commission has adjourned till October after examining the Right Hon. H. O. ArnoldForster, Secretary of State for War. and Carl Meyer, who stated that General Butlcr'n committee confused hfcnf trfth ,H. O. Meyer. He never had a shilling's -worth of interest in Um contract.
Lord Srilner, examined, said that General Butler's committee suggest*-* the policy of handing over to the Repatriation Department tho whole of the surplus stock at a joint valuation. This, however, was perfectly impracticable.
