Thereby give notice that'oll Wednesday. (he 2 H day of An. 4 iist, 190..,, the following proposal was sub initted by the Now Plymouth Borough Council to the ratepayers of the Horough O'f New Plymouth "To borrow by way of Special Loan the sum of £SOOO, at a rule oi interest not exceeding £."> per centum, per annum, with' a sinking fund of $ per cent, additional, such loan to be rcj/nyalble on a period ending (he Ist day of October, ISI'J2, and to be for the tollowing purpose To lay out a new street between (Jill Street ami St. Aubyn Street, in the Borough of New Plymouth, to acquire in connection with hiving out i of such street swell lands and appurtenances as may be required, to pay compensation to any person injuriously affected, to construct a new bridge and approaches thereto, and such strict formation, and metalling as may be required for the laying out of such street, and to effect any other works incidental to or in relation to |any of the above purposes.
