Stirtligg Disclosures (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND. July 81. Sub-Inspector Black gave sensational evidence reganling bis rotations with Inspector Cuilen before the Police Commission to-day. He relate! varioUH unpleasant incidents, ami stji, U-d things grew worse and worse until on one occasion Inspector Cuilen ordered him out ot the room as if he were a Vagrant dog or a criminal, anH they ceased to speak to each other except when business absolutely required it. Witness also said a system of espionage existed )n tha force, and that Inspector Culien had documents bepzfag on the careers of certain dtiiena, w&icb ho <Cullen) would use when matters came to a head between these men and himself. Witness had applied for removal. and had placed tha whole matter before the Commissioner of Police, U> ! whom Inspector Culler haj reported that Sub-Inspector I'-lack was i*»foinpe'.'jpt.
