Frankley Road Board.

A meeting of the Frunklev Hoad Board was held at the ofiice" of the Secretary (Mr M. Fleetwood) on Saturday. There were present !Stes.srs H. Okey (Chairman), Abbott, Allen, Hilling, -and Newell.
