The action of the Executive in forwarding a protest against certain .proposals of the Bill was endorsed, and the following motion agreed to : "That this meeting expresses its gratitude to the Premier and Minister for Education for redeeming his promise to introduce a superannuation scheme for teachers, and hopes that a liberal measure will pe placed on the Statute Book this session."-
