Attention of Policy. [ (Received July. 30, '4,49 p.m.) LONDON, July 29. In the House of Commons Hon. Arthur H.' Lee, Oivit Lord to the. Admiralty, announced -the Government's intention to abandon the extension of the Chatham dockyard, and to rely upon that at Rosycth, which cost two and a half millions sterling against the Chatham's Jour awd a half millions.
