• ADRLAIDE, July 26. A new Labour Ministry has been formed in South Australia. Mr Price Is Premier and Commissioner o( Works ami Education, Mr Pcake Treasurer and Attorney-General, Mr O'LougMin Minister lor Mines and Agriculture, Mr Kirkpatrick Ohief Secretary and Minister for Industry and Leader in the Council. (Received July 26, 9.50 p.m.) ADELAIDE, July 26. The new Ministry met Parliament to-day, when the House adjourned till Aug. Bto enable the Government to prepare a policy. Mr Coneybeer has been appointed Government Whip, and Mr Butler, ex-Treasurer, Leader of the Opposi•ton.
