'.DISSOLUTION UNDESIRABLE. (Received July 19, 1153 p.m.) LONDON, July 11). Mr Balfour, addressing 36fl Unionist M.'s.P., in the Foreign Office, explained that a committee or coni- ' mission would be appointed in the autumn to consider the redistribution proposal, with a view to the re-introduction of a Bill early in the next session. He urged his supporters to be vigilant in order to defeat snap divisions. It would be a misfortune if the Opposition forced an election in the present unsuitable season, and this was most undesirable In the existing state of foreign politics. ' Mr Chamberlain concurred that an early dissolution was undesirable.
