(Per Press Association.) NAPIER, July 17. A public meeting was held this evening to consider the advisablencss of establishing a free reading room in Napier. The Mayor was in the chair. After considerable discussion a resolution was carried that "II was advisable that a a free readingroom be established in Napier," and a committee was appointed.lo confer with the Borough Council.
