If the Speaker deckles that the various clauses of the Re-discr tuition resolution must he considered stria turn, it will be almost impossible to carry the proposal this session. Mr Balfour, replying to Sir Henry Campbell Itarnerman. said after the Commission had prepared the Bill, the House could settle details. Mr Taverner. Victorian Commercial Aput, is arranging for the Agents-General to urge the Government to pass the Butter Bill this session.
