British Squadron at Brest.
SPLENDID FETES HELD. (Received July 13, 9.33 p.m.) LONDON, July 13. Splendid fetes are being held at Brest, in honour of the visit of the British fleet. King Edward, in a message to Admiral May, expressed his pleasure at the reception accorded the squadron.
