SYDNEY, July 13. On the application for habeas corpus the Court ordered the release of Mr Hazelton, a Solomon Island trailer and ex-Assistant Commissioner, who was arrested a few days ago At the instance of Mr'Olipliant, Acting Commissioner at the Solomons. Oliphanl's affidavits set out that he had received information that Haz■lton was trafficking in arms In the Solomons, and he issued a search warrant. The search discovered arms aboard a schooner Hazel ton was running. He (Oliphant) then issued a summons against Hazelton, and visited his schooner to oMaiu certain data. Hazelton threatened that he would be thrown overboard if he came aboard, showing his authority, and,, gatehing Oliphanl's arm which \vas resting on the gunwale, shoved him back into his bqat.
