(l'cr Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 10. The aoaiul conference of Trotting dubs was beU bete to-day, when the Colonial Secretary stated that 28 totalisatorpennite we re granted to 16 clubs. The maximum amount rof expenses allowed for members was raised from £4O to £7O. Consideration of the amendment of the rules of racing was deferred pending a subcommittee's report.
