SECOND CHARGE AGAINST ORPEN. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Ju,y 10, Dr. Orpeu, charged with perlormini: au illegal operation, was again remanded. The principal witness is still unable to appear. On leaving the Court accused was sertnl with an information on a charge of performing an illegal operation on a married woman on April 21.
