CREW'S MIRACULOUS ESCAPE, (Received July 7, 10 p.m.) PARIS, July 7. A French submarine sank at Bizerta, on the coast of Tunis, with thirteen of her crew, owing to faulty valves. The captain and two of-thei crew, who were in- the conning tower/ were thrown overboard and saved. ••.. Divers, hearing .cries in the interior of the vessel, sought help, and / the submarine was refloated. All * were saved, having sought refuge in the central watertight compartment.
