Grand Duke Alexis, off Theodiosia, She requisitioned Thoodosia for large supplies of provisions and 500 tons of coal : within 24 ihours, oa ppln of bombardment. The authorities supplied the provisions, but declared there was no coal in the towfii, and directed th» residents, except the,troops and police, to leave. Later the authorities at St. Petersburg directed the refusal of supplies, When the Kniaz (Potemkin 'sent a, boat ashore, the infantry fired, killing two off the crow. The mutinous torpucioer then fired a shall, .which I passed over the town. The mutineers aire still off the harbour.
