AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION URGED. (Received July 8, 0.56 a.m.) CAPETOWN, July 7.The Hot Volk Congress unanimously approved of an (agreement with the Responsible Government Tarty to urge on tho British Government to remove the Boers' objections to tiho Constitution.
