LONDON WOOL SALES. (Received 'July 5, 9.33 p.m.) LONDON, July 5
At tbe wool sales 9822 bales were catalogued, chiefly inferior crossbreds. There was a record attendance from all parts, with keen general competition, including that of Americans. Compared with the May closing rates, coarse crossbreds advanced 10 per cent., fine par to 5 per cent., merinos irregular, the average being fully a 5 per cent, advance. THE COLONY'S WOOL KXPORTS. WELLINGTON, July 5. During the season 1301-5, just closed, 387,209 bales of wool were exported from the colony, as against 376,713 bales for the pre vious svason.
