Mr (Irahann found that 'the Gardens' booth was closed at least four minutes before time. l n the other case* (ho irregularities were not serious enough, to alToot the election but at this booth voters were prevented from voting, and polling was carried on illegally in the absence of a properly appointed deputy. Too many voters were allowed in a t one time, the number of apartments was insulllcicnf. and some voters never got a licensing paper, ami two voters wero wrongfully disallowed.
