The House resumed at 7.30 p.m. The debate on the Imprest Supply 'Bill proceeded throughout the evening. The Defence Department came in fcr a good deal of adverse criticism. Mr Taylor said he had the gloves oil, and would endeavour to shift Mr Seddon from his position.
