A WELLINGTON PItOTEST, (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 21. About throe hundred people attended a .meeting this afternoon to protest against clauses 3 nnd 21 of the Shops and Offices Act. Speeches were delivered by Messrs Duthie, Barber, Fisher, and Herdman, M's.H.R.
