June Id, At gun prance off Tetuan, Mo- ' tocco, a six-inch shell exploded mride a gun aboard; the batUxmp Magnificent, owing to a detest of the breech. Eleven men on boaad were seriously and seven atigiitly wounded; who were landed at Olbr raltar. They indudo Gunnery-Lieu-tenant Frederick C. Halaben, of the Victorious, who was umpire ; Lieutenant* Henry O. Devon and Kenneth Stoabart. and Midshipman Mdward W. Sinclair, all botonjring to the Magnificent.
