Vladivostok Cut Off.
JAPANESE SECRECY* RUSSIANS TAKEN UNAWARES. RAILWAY THREATENED. (Received June 10, 0.15 a.m.) LONDON, June 9. A private telegram from Manchuria which has reached St. Petersburg contains the startling intelligence that the Japanese occupied Omosa, 75 milea east of Kirfa. They must jhave crossed the Tumen far inland, ! thus evading the Russian outposts. | Omosa commands the roads from I Kirln to Ninguta to Vladivostok and Korea. The capture implies tho severance of communications between Ktrio and Ninguta, placing the Japanese within striking distance of the railway between Harbin and Vladivostok.
