The Fleet at Kamranh
FRENCH ASSISTANCE. ENGLAND AND FRANCE SHOULD MEDIATE. (Receives June 9, 10.3:1 p.m.) 1 LONDON, June 9. Captain Rintoff, of the cruiser Admiral Xakhimoff, states that while the Daltic Fleet was at Kamranb Bay, two French cruisers them inside the harbour and allowed them facilities for telegraphing home. The International Arbitration Forty in the French Chamber of Deputies and the Commercial Commitwo of the British House of Commons have petitioned their respective OoJ vernments asking them at the first favourable opportunity .to Offer their good offices in the cause of peace between Russia and Japan.
