The Scottish Church.
(Received June 8, 11.7 p.m.) LONDON, June 8. The Bill introduced by the Right Hon. Chas. Scott-Dickson, member for Glasgow, for the settlement of the Scottish Church dispute, gives effect to Lord Elgin's' recommendations, and includes a clause empowering the Established Church of Scotland to substitute for the pre-> sent formula any prescribed toy the' Assembly with the consent of a mar jority of the Presbyteries. The opposition of Welsh and English Nonconformists to this clause is feared>
