CAPPING CEREMONY.
(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, June 2. At the'annual capping ceremony in connection with the .Auckland University College to-day. Sir Robert Stout, Chancellor of the' University, conferred the degrees. In his speech he said the "industrial development of the colony was intimately bound up with the educational training of the people.
