Afterwards the rent was- reduced, and the leases transferred to Mrs W. N. Willis as mortgagee. Hayes failed to appear, and the v CoQU9fißSionor ordered proceedings io be taken against him. The highest tenderer gave evidence. J (Received June 3, 0.18 a.m.) SYDNEY, June 3. The Labour Council resolved in favour of the extension of the Lands i Commission. Wholesale corruption .was alleged;
