An Obstinate Witness.
(Received May ill, 10.55 p.m.) SYDNEI, May 31. 7n connection with his recent refusal 1 efore the Lands Commission to give the name of the drawer of a certain bill, the Crown authorities have proceeded against Uhlli. In the l'olicc Court his counsel announced that Hath was now willing to give the name to the Commission. i 'lhe case was adjourned.
