DROWNED IN THE BREAKERS.

(J'er Press Association.) UISHOHNE, May 31. A fa tn 1 boating; accident is reported from Waipiro. Some Maoris were returning from fishing when their boat capsized in '.he breakers. One named Te Annoia Taniwhn was drowned, but the other two were saved. Efforts to restore respiration were mudc, but without avail, by Messrs Macindoc and ijulpan, ofl Auckland.
