THE STRANGLING CASE.
ACTION TAKEN* BY THE I'OLICE. (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHCUCH, May 24. Action has beon taken by the police authorities in connection with tte recent death of a -young lady, under distressing circumstances, at a nursing home at South Ojjawa. An information has been laid against the keeper of the home and tho nurse employed thereat, charging them with manslaughter. The hearing of the charges will commence on Friday.
