NOTE.—Persons who have n o t revived forms of return from this ollicoi may obtain 'them at any Postal Money Order Office, and any who nave in previous years been permitted to make returns at a date other than tho 31st March will, provided returns are furnished promptly after date of balance, be.allowed the same concession this year without special request. SPECIAL NOTE.-Any person Jailing to furnish a return at the prescribed time is liablo to a penalty of not less than £2 nor more than £IOO.
