JAPANESE DESTROYER LAUNCHED.

LONDON, May 15. Information has been received at Tokio of the presence at Honkobo Bay on the 12lh of seven Russian battleships and seven cruisers. Hongkong state that seventeen" warships were off Tlirec Kings Islands,, near Hloukobe, on Jthq 10th.
A number of transports arc scvottty miles north of Kamranh Bay. Advices from Tokio state that tho llrst-class destroyer liabashimo has been launched at Yokosuk.
