Warned Off Saigon.

A DISCREDITED REPORT. (Received May 11, midnight.) LONDON, May 11. Two of Admiral Dicbogatoff's cruisers were warned off Saigon prior to junctioning with Hozhdcsivonsky. Tho Hussion Admiralty discredit the St. Petersburg report that Admiral llozhdestvensky's cruiser Almaz, carrying despatches, has reached Vladivostok, after eluding Admiral Togo.
